Here at Flowmon Networks a.s. we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Statement discloses our personal data practices, explains what type of information about you we gather, how we use them, process them and with whom we are sharing them.
Personal data means any information about natural person that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, e-mail address, a home, postal or other physical address, other contact information, title, occupation and personal interest.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE USE THEM?
We collect your personal information when you register for a Flowmon Networks account, when you use certain Flowmon Networks products or services, when you ask to be included in an e-mail or other mailing list, when you submit an entry for sweepstakes or other promotions, or when you submit your personal information to us for any other reason.
We may also collect certain information automatically from your device to administer our website. The only reason we will be able to deny your request is if we can show compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override your interest, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for establishment, exercise of defence of legal claims;
