Platinum Support extends our Gold Support with premium services including 24/7 phone support and service mission critical 4-hour on-site service for hardware repair available 24/7. The service can be purchased together with Flowmon licence or anytime during the duration of the licence.
Would you like to check the quality of your Flowmon solution? For this reason, we have launched a brand new service called Vendor Status & Quality Check. The service includes one day on-site or the online engagement of a Flowmon Engineer who will check the proper operation and tune up the Flowmon solution. Among others, the Flowmon Engineer will also demonstrate how to use Flowmon solution to get the maximum value or answer the customer’s questions.
