Sales Executive CIS (based in Russia)

  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities.

  • Build relationships with distributors, partners and end customers including but not limited to system integrators, large enterprises, ISPs, data centers, banks, Fortune 100 (or local equivalent) companies.

  • Collaborate closely with channel sales, presales, and marketing teams on market development and execution of country strategic initiatives and plans.

  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and partner activities leading to an increase in sales.

  • Together with marketing drive marketing activities in the country with partners and customers, conferences and exhibitions attendance.

  • Maintain knowledge about the market conditions and company’s competitors.

  • Participate in regular business reviews and forward planning sessions.


  • Business development and sales experience min. 5 years in indirect sales and also end customer direct touch

  • Experience in network monitoring and/or cyber security (both is a plus).

  • Ability to speak in customer’s language to mid and senior level management (including C-level execs).

  • Presentation skills, ability to represent company at exhibitions and conferences.

  • Market knowledge, understanding of Flowmon’s target segments, competition, positioning.

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor in the region while being part of a larger international team.

  • Up to 40% travel required both in the country or region (Driving license required).

  • Fluent English and Russian language, other languages are advantages.
