We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us to grow our strategic channel partner and enterprise customer sales in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with partners and system integrators, large enterprises like ISPs, datacenters, banks, top listed companies
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities
  • Able to speak customer’s language on level of mid and also senior level management
  • Build a vital pipeline of opportunities and PoCs, negotiate and close business deals and deliver agreed sales targets
  • Growth company’s sales channel, market share and revenue
  • Retain and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions and extending relationship
  • Follow up marketing activities in the country with partners and customers, conferences and exhibitions attendance
  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns and partner activities leading to an increase in sales
  • Maintain knowledge about the market conditions and company’s competitors
  • Work with channel sales, presales and marketing teams on continuous development of country strategic plans
  • Weekly report activities in internal CRM tools, participate in regular business review


Requirements

  • Strong networking and prospecting skills
  • A team player with abilities to work on own initiative
  • Abilities to identify customer needs and challenges
  • Presentation skills to demonstrate company’s solutions and services
  • Result orientation with systematic sales execution and sales planning
  • 3+ years sales skills and experience in enterprise segment
  • Market knowledge
  • ICT background in networking and security
  • Driving licence
