Business Development Manager (Poland)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us to grow the Flowmon brand and client base through our channel in Poland.

Job Specification

Main responsibilities are:

  • Actively search for new business opportunities and projects in order to develop business growth in Poland
  • Build strong relationships with the channel partners and clients with strong focus on end user approach
  • Follow up current activities in Poland(clients, partners, conference attendances)
  • Develop customer potentials, delivers agreed sales target
  • Identify and support new sales channels for Flowmon solution
  • Cooperate on developing marketing plans
  • Provide sales training for partners on the Flowmon portfolio
  • Cooperates with all the members of Flowmon team, especially other members in your territory

Our requirements. Do you qualify?

  • Business, sales and presales oriented individual with strong ICT background in networking & security
  • Experience with vendor representation for vendors from networkin or security area (firewall, networking or SIEM vendors)
  • Experience 3 years in sales at least
  • Presentations and trainings skills
  • Confidence in presentations and communication
  • Willingness to work in a growing and changing environment
  • Driving license – active driver
